About me

I'm a middle-aged (sigh) mom of three who is working to find my identity as a mom and as a woman. I've also struggled with depression for a long time and was officially diagnosed a few years ago. That has led to lots of soul searching and even more self-awareness and learning. Some days, I'm up for it; other days, not so much. But I keep plugging away and try to keep a sense of humor about it all...
